I am a computer novice. Can you to step me through the process?

Yes. Internew premium support plans or instant support plans includes our helpful support staff stepping you through the process of submitting or sending a file for conversion utilizing our many web sites. Do you convert other file formats than the ones listed?

Yes. Internew handles thousands of combinations of file types and versions. Internew's specialized web sites focus on the most popular file types but you will be able to use Internew's general file web site http://www.justconvertfiles.com when launched and select the source or original file format when prompted.

What If I don't know the file format?

You can still send the file to Internew. We can use a more sophisticated set of tools to determine the original file format based on technical information like headers, structures, and byte signatures. A surcharge will apply and on rare and unique file formats an hourly charge may apply. You will be able to use Internew's web site http://www.justconvertfiles.com when launched and select "Don't know" when asked for the source or original file format.

Is there any easy way to send you a bunch of files at once?

Yes you can. Even though it is more common to send one file through an e-mail attachment or through an upload process, you can send a large group of documents through the FTP option. FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. You will have the ability to copy many files at one time. Look for this choice during the conversion prompts on the web site.

Will the converted file look exactly like the file I sent?

The conversion technology uses sophisticated processes to attempt to retain the the fonts, images, graphics, and layout of the original document. However it is not possible in all situations. In fact some destination file formats you select may not have the same capability or features available. This is especially true when going from a newer version to an older version. Thus they can not display exactly like the original file.

The margins and some fonts look different on my document. What happened?

The conversion technology attempted to maintain the layout of the original document but due to formatting issues during the conversion process it is not always possible to maintain the exact look of the original document when converting from one format to another.

Can I e-mail you the attachment and you just fax it to me?

Internew will be offering fax back services in the near future. Check back in the near future. You will be able to just send your e-mail with the attachment and it will be faxed back to you at a number you designate. Stubborn e-mail attachments that can not be read or viewed can be faxed back to you within seconds for easy reading of a hard copy. This is also a great way to get a print out of a document when you are staying at a hotel when a printer isn't readily available to you. Additional phone charges may apply.

How do I get support?

Internew offers support via instructions, wizards and FAQs on the web sites. Also Internew offers free customer or technical support via e-mail during the subscription or usage period up to ninety (90) days. This varies by each web site or service purchased. Additional support is available through our premium support plans and instant support plans.

How do I know I am eligible for support?

How can I get premium support?

Internew prices its web sites and services competitively. For those clients who wish or require premium support plans that include telephone support, you can reach a support staff by purchasing telephone support. For a lower fee you can still receive personalized service by purchasing on-line chat support. Support provided during normal business hours.

Do you convert databases?

Yes. Internew's staff includes experienced software developers who have worked on very large conversion projects totaling hundreds of millions of records or rows in databases ranging from SQL and Access databases to text and legacy flat files.
